POD Participation
Active participation in student support and practice groups on a weekly basis during the nine-month Level One and Level Two training period. Students will be placed in groups that will meet each week in person or by phone.

Coaching Requirements

Participation in all of the following coaching activities:

• Coaching Skills Assessment Session: The student will be required to coach Farra Allen in a 90-minute coaching session as part of the graduation requirements.  The focus of the coaching session is to explore the student’s coaching style, strength’s and discovering their Unique Gift.  The student to receive feedback on their growing edge to assist them with their future goals of their coaching practice.
• Supervised Coaching Students will coach each other during class sessions: Twelve times during Level One and two times during Level Two. These coaching sessions will be observed and students will receive feedback.
• Coaching Practice Students will set complete coaching sessions with at least 2 people of their choice with a total of 4 coaching sessions before the end of the Level Two series. Two of these sessions may be held on the phone. The “client” will be given a feedback sheet to complete and return to the school. Students will receive feedback as well.
• “Have a Coach” Recommendation It is highly recommended that students have a LifeWorks Certified Coach while in training. 

Ongoing Certification Maintenance
LifeWorks Certified Coaches are required to maintain their certification by attending one CONTINUING EDUCATION Course per year, at an average cost of $400.
